As the business continues to grow, maintaining rigorous compliance standards remains a key part of its success. The team is now looking to strengthen its compliance function with an experienced Recruitment Compliance Administrator who can ensure candidate files meet all regulatory and safeguarding requirements before placement.

- Ability to manage multiple candidate files simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Education recruitment compliance (highly preferred).

- Compliance within regulated staffing or recruitment environments.
- Experience conducting right-to-work checks, reference checks, qualification verification, safeguarding checks, and other compliance processes.
Benefits
Ideal Candidate

What Success Looks Like- Candidate files are cleared accurately and efficiently.
- Compliance standards are consistently maintained.
- Documentation and onboarding processes are completed within required timeframes.
- Recruiters can confidently place candidates knowing all compliance requirements have been met.
