Medical Aid Consultant jobs in Western Cape

Responsibilities:

· Provide expert advice on medical aid, gap cover, and health insurance products

· Generate new business through leads, networking, and referrals

· Conduct needs analyses to match clients with suitable healthcare solutions

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

· Stay up to date with industry trends, product changes, and regulations

· Deliver exceptional service and ongoing policy support

· Meet and exceed sales and retention targets

Minimum Requirements:

· NQF5 in Wealth Management qualification, or a related field (essential)

· 5 years’ experience as a Healthcare Broker or Financial Advisor (health products focus)

· RE5

· In-depth knowledge of South African medical schemes and insurance products

· Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license

· Must meet the fit and proper requirements as stipulated by FAIS

· No criminal record

· Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

· Excellent administrative and organisational skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment

· Strong problem‑solving and follow‑through skills

· Clear written and verbal communication

· High level of accountability and professionalism
