Salary: Basic R16 450 plus R1645 Shift Allowance

We're looking for a Business Support Consultant to join our UK & ROI Staffing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives on building strong relationships with candidates, consultants and internal stakeholders.

About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Support the recruitment team with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities
- Work closely with Recruitment Consultants, Compliance colleagues and internal stakeholders to support successful placements
- Build positive relationships with candidates through timely and professional communication
- Assist in obtaining and managing candidate documentation and compliance requirements
- Advertise vacancies across recruitment platforms to attract suitable candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records, spreadsheets and recruitment data
- Produce reports and management information to support business objectives
- Support the smooth progression of candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process
- Ensure stakeholders are kept informed to minimise delays and improve service delivery
- Provide a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative processes
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Support additional recruitment projects and team activities as required

- Strong administrative and organisational skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work
- Confidence working with recruitment systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience maintaining and updating spreadsheets and reports
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Positive, professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
