Full job description
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from hospitals, Doctors, nurses, phlebotomists, specialists etc
- Maintain good client relations with external clients
- Serve as a liaison between site staff and Lab
- Ensure messages are distributed to the correct staff members
- Follow up with results to ensure turn-around-times are met.
- Assist with the Switchboard functions in order to correctly refer clients.
- Compile, print and distribute route reports in order to ensure correct distribution of results when required
- Maintain hardware to ensure effective operations.
- Adhoc duties

- Telephone and e-mail etiquette
- Able to work shifts
- Own reliable transport
