Dental Receptionist/General manager

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our growing practice.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is essential. Applicants without dental reception experience will not be considered.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Experience with appointment scheduling, patient records, billing, and medical aid/insurance claims (where applicable).
• Computer literate and comfortable using dental practice management software.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus:

• Experience assisting the dentist chairside is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage appointments and maintain an efficient schedule.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support the clinical team with administrative duties.
• Assist chairside when required (if experienced).

Salary:
Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. We are willing to offer a higher salary to candidates with extensive dental reception experience and additional assisting experience.
