MVM Management Company supports U.S. medical practices specializing in interventional pain and vein care. We are hiring an experienced Medical Operations Executive to lead the daily operations of our billing department.

This is a hands-on management position requiring strong follow-through, clear communication, and experience supervising a U.S. medical billing team.

Responsibilities
Manage daily billing workflows, assignments, deadlines, and team performance.
Monitor claim submissions, denials, unpaid claims, and accounts receivable.
Identify billing errors and coordinate corrections with billing and clinical staff.
Ensure staff follow established payer, procedure, and location requirements.
Maintain clear trackers and provide concise reports showing completed work, unresolved issues, and next steps.
Train staff, improve workflows, and escalate issues requiring leadership decisions.

Qualifications
Experience managing billing or revenue cycle operations for a U.S. medical practice.
Strong understanding of claims, denials, payment posting, and payer follow-up.
Experience supervising remote teams and holding staff accountable.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
eClinicalWorks experience preferred.
Pain management, vascular, or ambulatory surgery center experience is a plus.

Work requirements
Remote position with availability during U.S. Eastern business hours, reliable internet, and a private workspace.
