We are looking for an OTC Analyst to join our Finance Operations team and play a key role in managing customer debt, maximizing cash flow, and minimizing bad debt across the business. As part of our Order to Cash (OTC) function, you'll be responsible for driving effective credit control processes, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring payments are collected in line with agreed terms.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively across teams, and making a direct impact on business performance.

This role is Hybrid and requires you to work on-site for a minimum of 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

As an OTC Analyst, you'll contribute to the financial health of Sage by managing collections, supporting customers, and ensuring accurate cash allocation processes.

  • Experience working within a Finance Operations, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Order to Cash environment.

  • Strong understanding of credit control processes and debt collection best practices.

  • Experience managing customer accounts, resolving disputes, and driving collections activity.

  • Good understanding of cash allocation, reconciliations, and financial controls.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM, Sage 300 (Accpac), Netadmin and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.



  • In this role, success will be measured through:
  • Achievement of global Order to Cash performance targets.

  • Reduction of aged debt and bad debt exposure.

  • Effective management of working capital and cash flow.

  • Timely resolution of customer queries.

  • Reduction of unallocated cash balances.

  • Positive customer experience and satisfaction outcomes.
