We are seeking a dedicated Administrator/ Data Capture to support our logistics team. A successful candidate will be required to be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about data management. Responsible for the efficient and profitable delivery of fuel by managing logistics administration, fleet and driver compliance, and reporting.

Key duties include, but not limited to, coordinating fuel delivery documentation investigating and reporting losses managing driver and vehicle records, and ensuring compliance with RTMS, health & safety, and licensing requirements. The role supports payroll, driver onboarding, training, and medical bookings, oversees fleet maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and incident reporting, and handles insurance claims, petty cash, PPE, stationery, and general administrative tasks. Acts as a central point for resolving logistics-related queries while maintaining accurate records and supporting operational efficiency. As well as Responsible for accurately capturing, reviewing, and maintaining data within computer systems and databases. Duties include verifying documents for discrepancies, following up to resolve errors, creating and maintaining operational spreadsheets, and organizing data to ensure easy access and retrieval.
