Introduction

We are an innovative company launching cutting-edge regenerative medicine products in South Africa. We are introducing a next-generation technology that represents a significant advancement over traditional PRP systems.

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our team and help build the regenerative medicine market in the Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and build relationships with specialist doctors, aesthetic clinics, orthopedic practices, pain clinics, and integrative medicine practitioners.

• Promote and sell our products to new and existing clients.

• Conduct active prospecting and cold calling to identify new doctors and sales opportunities.

• Meet monthly sales and performance targets.

• Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals.

• Coordinate product training sessions for doctors and their staff.

• Attend medical conferences, workshops, and networking events.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the regenerative medicine space.

• Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline.

• Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to management.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a medical sales representative or in pharmaceutical/medical device sales.

• Knowledge of the aesthetic, orthopedic, sports medicine, or regenerative medicine industry preferred.

• Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Valid driver's license and reliable own transport.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the Western Cape.

• Comfortable engaging with specialist doctors and medical professionals.

• A degree in science, nursing, or related field is advantageous.
