What You'll Do

• Schedule Field Service Engineer visits and coordinate service requests
• Monitor service activities and follow up on open issues
• Support customers and help drive timely resolution of service-related inquiries
• Work with different teams to resolve escalations and improve customer experience
• Maintain reports and track key service metrics
• Support initiatives that improve service quality and operational efficiency
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, service coordination, operations, logistics, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good Excel skills (Power BI is a plus)
• Fluent English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Resilient, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
