Job Purpose

Research Assistant to support our research projects through data analysis and report writing.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • A postgraduate qualification (e.g., Social Sciences, Business, Statistics, or related field).

  • At least 2 years' relevant research experience

  • Strong academic writing and reporting skills


Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities
  • Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data
  • Prepare reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with literature reviews and background research as required
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all research outputs
  • Conduct administrative duties that apply to the above
Competencies
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Research skills

  • Ability to interpret and apply basic statistical analyses in research projects

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines

  • Good administration and record keeping skills
