Company Description

Global pharmaceutical company is looking to employed seasoned Pharmacy Sales Representatives across the following regions:

• Kwa-Zulu Natal: Mainline and Coastal
• Western Cape: Garden Route
• Johannesburg (East Rand/Vaal)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an effective territory sales plan
• Call on independent and corporate pharmacies across the territory
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacists and key decision-makers
• Present and promote Austell’s pharmaceutical product portfolio
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
• Support product availability, stock management and order generation
• Conduct product presentations and training for pharmacy teams
• Gather relevant market and industry insights
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit sales activity reports
• Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, product launches and market-development initiatives

Minimum Requirement

• Proven pharmaceutical or pharmacy sales experience
• Established relationships with independent and corporate pharmacies
• Strong knowledge of the pharmacy environment and pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow a territory
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent planning, organization and time-management abilities
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory

Pay: R30 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
