Medical Practice Manager jobs

• Oversee daily front desk operations, including patient reception, scheduling, and customer service.
• Manage doctors’ diaries and appointment bookings (online and telephonic).
• Handle phone calls, patient queries, emails, and digital communications professionally.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and high service standards.
• Process ICD-10 and procedure codes for accurate billing and invoicing.
• Manage payments (cash, card, EFT) with proper reconciliation and reporting.
• Lead and support the transition to digital patient record systems.
• Ensure accurate data capture and secure electronic record maintenance.
• Maintain and utilise practice software and digital tools effectively.
• Support the implementation and adoption of the digital patient app.
• Assist with basic marketing initiatives to improve patient retention and satisfaction.
• Ensure a clean, organised, and patient-friendly environment.
• Liaise with service providers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and data protection regulations.

Pay: Up to R20 000,00 per month
