Full job description

Physician — Integrative & Longevity Medicine

About the Role

We are looking for a physician who is, first and foremost, a healer ,someone who sees medicine as a calling, not a transaction. This is not a high-volume, in-and-out clinical role. You will spend up to 90 minutes with each patient, building the kind of deep, trusting relationship that true root-cause, personalized medicine requires.

If you are drawn to integrative and functional medicine, energized by the science of aging and human performance, and believe that real healing happens when a doctor truly listens — we want to meet you.

What Makes This Role Different

  • Unhurried, meaningful care. Extended consultations (up to 1.5 hours) give you the time and space to really understand your patients — their history, their biology, their lives — not just their labs.
  • Whole-person medicine. You'll practice at the intersection of hormone optimization, longevity science, and integrative/functional medicine — treating the person, not just the symptom.
  • A genuine partnership with patients. Shared decision-making, education, and long-term relationship-building are central to how we practice.

Primary Purpose of the Role

To deliver personalized, evidence-based medical care focused on extending healthspan, preventing chronic disease, optimizing physical and cognitive function, and safely managing hormone replacement therapy and advanced longevity interventions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Comprehensive Patient Assessment

  • Conduct in-depth initial evaluations (up to 90 minutes), including full medical history, lifestyle assessment, family history of age-related disease, and review of nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, and environmental exposures
  • Perform detailed physical examinations with a preventative focus
  • Review prior medical records and diagnostics

2. Advanced Diagnostic & Laboratory Testing

  • Order and interpret advanced labs, including comprehensive hormone panels, metabolic markers, inflammation markers, cardiovascular risk markers, nutritional/micronutrient testing, genetic and epigenetic testing, and biological age/body composition/metabolic flexibility testing

3. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Management

  • Assess candidacy for hormone optimization in men and women
  • Prescribe, manage, and monitor testosterone, estrogen/progesterone, thyroid optimization, DHEA and pregnenolone (where appropriate)
  • Educate patients on benefits, risks, alternatives, and expectations
  • Monitor therapy through regular labs and clinical follow-up, adjusting protocols to maximize benefit and minimize risk
  • Ensure full compliance with medical and regulatory standards

4. Longevity & Preventive Medicine

  • Develop and oversee individualized longevity plans targeting cardiovascular health, neurocognitive resilience, musculoskeletal strength, immune optimization, and mitochondrial function
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce risk of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and neurodegenerative disease
  • Stay current with emerging longevity research and therapies

5. Health Optimization & Performance Medicine

  • Optimize energy, vitality, recovery, body composition, cognitive performance, and sexual health/fertility preservation
  • Provide individualized guidance on exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress resilience
  • Integrate wearable data and continuous glucose monitoring into care plans

6. Prescriptive Lifestyle Medicine

  • Create medical-grade lifestyle prescriptions aligned with lab data
  • Collaborate with coaches and allied health professionals on nutrition, fitness, and behavioral change
  • Monitor adherence and outcomes over time

7. Patient Education & Shared Decision-Making

  • Educate patients on aging biology, healthspan concepts, and the risks/benefits of interventions
  • Set realistic expectations and timelines
  • Engage patients as true partners in their care, with clear documentation and informed consent

8. Monitoring, Follow-Up & Long-Term Care

  • Conduct regular follow-up visits and reassessments
  • Track clinical outcomes and biomarkers over time
  • Adjust treatment plans based on labs, symptoms, function, and patient preference
  • Proactively manage side effects and complications
  • Provide oversight of clinical teams and IV therapy administration

What We're Looking For

  • Registered medical practitioner in good standing open to learning humbly.
  • A genuine, demonstrable passion for integrative and functional medicine
  • Experience or strong interest in hormone optimization, longevity medicine, or preventive care
  • Exceptional communication skills and the patience to build real relationships with patients over extended consultations
  • A "healer's mindset" — curious, compassionate, and committed to whole-person outcomes rather than quick fixes
  • Comfort working collaboratively with a broader clinical and allied-health team and humble enough to question status quo.
