We’ve got a position available for a quality assurance auditor

Purpose of the position
To monitor and evaluate sales and non-sales calls in accordance with scripts and established call quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conducting daily internal audits
• Compiling weekly and monthly reports
• Perform special projects or tasks as assigned by management
• Identify quality improvement needs for training, coaching and product enhancements
• Training and coaching of staff
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, employee performance, quality results, investigations, complaints and company information

Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent (essential)
• Knowledge of FAIS requirements and TCF
• Report writing experience
• Product training
• Training and coaching skills
• A minimum of 2 years in an insurance call centre environment
