About The Role

We are currently looking for a candidate to join our Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will be offered a 12-month fixed-term contract as a Quality Assurance Intern and will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment, supporting the Quality team in maintaining compliance with applicable quality standards and processes.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Provide administrative support in maintaining compliance with the ISO 13485 standard, primarily across the following Quality System processes:

• Document and Record Control
• Training and Human Resources
• Management Control
• Material Controls
• Post-Market Support

• Support daily Quality Assurance activities, including the execution of product complaint tasks.
• Support the execution of field actions.
• Assist with the execution and management of Nonconformance Reports (NCRs).
• Support the execution of Nonconformance Events and Preventions (NCEPs) and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
• Develop, over time, the ability to apply sound and systematic problem-solving methodologies to identify, prioritize, communicate and resolve quality issues.

What Do We Look For In You

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Health Science degree.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Interest in developing a career within Quality Assurance in the medical device/healthcare environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work systematically and manage multiple activities.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic, international environment.
