Full job description

TAH Kenilworth forms part of TAH (The Animal Hospital & Vetshop) and is looking for a Receptionist to join their fab team. TAH is a growing and employee-centered network of vet practices committed to building motivated teams who create happy clients and healthy pets.

The receptionist is often the first contact a pet owner has with a practice and is therefore a critical role in determining the client experience and reputation of the practice in their local community.

Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Manage the customer experience at the appointment and on the telephone.

· Coordinate reception operations: Complete front office reception processes accurately, Maintain back office admin processes accurately, Oversee reception and shop area. Maintain email and Whatsapp communication regularly

Requirements and skills:

: Grade 12

: 2-3 years’ experience in a client facing role. Previous experience in a veterinary practice is an advantage.

: Bilingual (English & Afrikaans), Computer Literate, Product Knowledge, Switchboard

Ad-hoc leave cover availability required.
