The Opportunity

Are you a top-tier Medical Representative with a "black book" of established relationships in the Randburg medical community? FlowPath Lab is seeking a high-performing, self-driven Marketing Representative to expand our footprint.

We aren't just looking for someone to "drop off brochures." We want a strategic partner who understands the Johannesburg medical landscape, speaks the language of Physicians and GPs, and has the grit to drive significant volume to our world-class diagnostic facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Leverage Existing Networks: Instantly tap into your current relationships with GPs and Specialists to promote FlowPath’s diagnostic services.
• Strategic Territory Management: Own the Johannesburg area, identifying high-potential practices and converting them into loyal partners.
• Technical Consulting: Act as a bridge between the laboratory and the clinician, explaining our specialized molecular and pathology offerings.
• Results-Driven Growth: Consistently meet and exceed monthly referral targets through high-activity field work.

The Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven Track Record: Minimum 3–5 years of successful lab pathology sales experience in the Johannesburg area.
• Active Network: You must have current, "warm" relationships with GPs and Physicians in the region.
• Productivity: High-energy individual who thrives on a high call rate and face-to-face engagement.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of pathology services and medical aid landscapes.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license
