The role

You will join our insurance sales team, where your focus will be on quality conversations and meaningful client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads
  • Build rapport and trust through professional, empathetic communication
  • Present tailored cancer and disability cover solutions
  • Confidently guide clients through the sales journey and close sales
  • Uphold ethical sales standards at all times

Minimum requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) – essential
  • Sales experience is advantageous but not required
  • Strong communication skills and a goal-driven mindset
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
