Full job description

Overview:
  • Monthly food safety and manamagement reviews meetings
  • Weekly self inpsections
  • Maintanance of NCRs and CPARs
  • Management of internal audits
  • Cordinate all food safety and quality external audits
  • Manage findings from internal and external audits
  • Ensure information board is up to date
  • Manage garden Service Provider
  • Reporting, managing and closing out any pest control defects.
Responsibilities:

Effective management of food safety and quality management system, which include but not limited to execution of the below duties:

  • Maintain current quality management systems
  • Design and develop tools to enhance quality system effectiveness and implementation
  • Identify areas of improvement in current quality management system
  • Design, upgrade, plan and implement a quality management system
  • Coordinate internal system audits and conduct audits
  • Consolidation of CPAR and audit reports in order to determine outstanding items and reports to Executives and Department Managers (quality system progress report)
  • Coordinate corrective actions
  • Computerised quality system
  • Coordinate document control
  • Manage procedures and work instructions into ISO format received from relevant HOD (Back Up)
  • Compile internal audit schedule and follow up on internal audits outstanding
  • Attend external audits and compile action item list when needed
  • Attend and co-ordinate Management Review Meetings
  • Ensure information board is up to date
  • Reporting, managing and closing out any pest control defects.
Qualifications:
  • National Diploma in Biotechnology or Food technology
  • Experience in process of Food and Beverages (FMCG)
  • Computer literacy
  • Food Safety, Quality, HACCP, VACCP and TACCP
  • GMP and Cleaning and Sanitation
  • Microbiology
  • Chemistry
