IT Support Engineer (US MSP Environment)

We are looking for IT Support Engineers to work in-office supporting US-based MSP clients. This role operates on 15:00 – 00:00 (SA time) to align with US business hours.

Clear, confident spoken English is essential, as you will be client-facing and working closely with international teams.

This is a high-exposure role in a structured MSP environment, giving you hands-on experience across modern cloud platforms, networking, and cybersecurity frameworks used in mature international environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide remote support to end-users, servers, and networks
• Work across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments
• Assist with deployments, upgrades, and migrations
• Troubleshoot networking, firewalls, VPNs, and VoIP systems
• Use RMM and ticketing platforms such as Kaseya, ConnectWise, NinjaOne, Atera
• Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and US-based clients

Requirements & Technical Skills:

• ±4+ years IT experience (MSP experience highly beneficial)
• Strong troubleshooting across desktop, server, and network environments
• Solid understanding of:
• Windows, macOS, basic Linux
• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Networking (VLANs, VPNs, firewalls)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Exposure to cybersecurity best practices (CIS, ISO 27001, or similar)
• VoIP experience (3CX / SIP) beneficial

Senior candidates:

• Experience with migrations, cloud design, and advanced security
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment

Pay: R25 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
