Role Purpose
An opportunity is available within Distribution Operations supporting all distribution channels. The MIS Specialist will perform trend analysis, risk monitoring and business insights to support informed decision making
Requirements
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Risk Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, Risk Analysis, Compliance Monitoring or Business Intelligence.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyse data trends, identify anomalies, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support internal and external audits, governance activities, and management reporting requirements.
- Develop and deliver accurate, insightful departmental reporting packs and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and business standards.
- Enable informed decision-making through data-driven insights and trend analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement by automating reporting processes and enhancing reporting efficiency.

- Technical - Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Data Modelling, Reporting Automation, Dashboard Development, Risk and Compliance Reporting, Root Cause Analysis.
