Cape Town (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Contract Position
Bluegrass Digital is looking for a strong Mobile Developer to join our delivery team on a contract basis. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds scalable mobile applications, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality digital products.
You'll work on exciting projects across industries, partnering with designers, developers, QA, and product teams to deliver exceptional mobile experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable code
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Ensure code quality through testing and peer reviews
- Contribute to CI/CD and release processes
- Stay up to date with mobile development trends and best practices
Tech Stack / Experience Required
- React Native
- Flutter
- Kotlin / Android Development
- Swift / iOS Development
- Additional experience with:
- REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Firebase and push notifications
- Git version control
- Agile/Scrum environments
- App Store / Google Play deployments
- CI/CD pipelines
