Job Advert Summary

The Technician will report directly to the Technical Manager and will be responsible for testing, replacing, and/or repairing faulty stock, providing technical support on Syntech products, and assisting with other technical-related tasks as required. The Technician will work closely with the Technical Manager and individual team members to identify and develop personal growth opportunities within the organisation.

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Grade 12 or similar
  • Relevant IT products and industry knowledge
  • Experience with software Operating Systems (Windows, Android, Linux etc.)
  • Knowledge of product testing
  • A+ Certification or equivalent

Duties and Responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Receiving and booking-in of Faulty Products.
  • Assessing/testing faulty, new and Demo products
  • Updating job cards within SLA for accurate reporting and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical support on Syntech Products
  • General Technical assistance
