SABELCO Electrical Industries (Pty) Ltd, South Africa’s leading supplier of electrical low-voltage assemblies, needs a capable, experienced and responsible person at the Johannesburg branch (Meadowdale) for the challenging position of a

JNR ELECTRICAL SWITCHBOARD DESIGNER (LOW VOLTAGE)

The ideal candidate will need to meet the following minimum criteria:

· Electrical Engineering qualification (a minimum N6 certificate at a TVET college or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering at a University of Technology)

Minimum 2 year's relevant working experience within a low-voltage, electrical environment

Working knowledge of AutoCAD or any other drawing software

· Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans in order to effectively communicate with clients.

· Proficient with MS Word and Excel (Intermediate level)

· Be an analytical and logical thinker, being able to think 3-dimentional and giving attention to detail

The following tasks and responsibilities will need to be performed efficiently by the successful candidate:

· The design of electrical assemblies.

· Accurate costing and quotation of the electrical assemblies with the assistance of specialized software.

· Liaising with clients relating their design and quotation.

Pay: From R9 000,00 per month
