Full job description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort and care of our patients in a specialised pain management setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Standard vital signs monitoring
- Post-procedure recovery observations
- Insertion of intravenous lines
- Administration of intravenous infusions
- Ensure patient comfort, safety and dignity at all times
- Accurate documentation and reporting
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe clinical environment
- Provide excellent patient service with a calm and caring approach
REQUIREMENTS
- Full nursing registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
- Broad-minded, adaptable and open to learning
- Willingness to be flexible with shifts and time availability when required
- Front-of-house courteous, pleasant and professional demeanour
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, conscientious and patient-focused
TRAINING
In-site training will be provided.
