A leading global multinational has engaged us to appoint an experienced physician to

lead occupational health and primary care for its workforce in a flagship West African

operation. This is a fully supported expatriate posting built around an equal-time rotation,

If you are a capable GP or occupational health doctor looking to materially advance your

earnings and experience without compromising lifestyle, this is a rare opportunity to do so

within a structured, internationally managed environment.

Highlights

  • Equal-time rotation – typically one month on site, one month at home – giving you

genuine work-life balance and the freedom to maintain your base wherever you

choose.

  • Remuneration significantly above what comparable roles offer in most home markets,

structured to maximise your take-home benefit.

  • Modern, first-world standard accommodation and living environment within a secure,

professionally managed expatriate setting.

  • Blue-chip multinational client. Stable, well-resourced and committed to high clinical

and safety standards.

  • All travel, accommodation and on-site logistics fully arranged and funded.

The focus spans preventive healthcare, diagnosis and treatment, workplace wellness,

fitness-for-work assessment and compliance with international occupational health and

safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct medical consultations, examinations and treatment for employees and

patients.

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

periodic health screenings, return-to-work evaluations and fitness-for-duty

assessments.

  • Provide emergency medical care and first aid when required.
  • Develop and implement workplace wellness and health-promotion programmes.
  • Monitor work-related illnesses and injuries and recommend preventive measures.

• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and documentation.• Collaborate with corporate HR, safety officers and hospital specialists on employee

health matters.

and employee assistance programmes.

  • Refer patients to specialists or external providers when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid medical registration and a current practising licence with a recognised medical

council.

  • Minimum of 2–5 years’ clinical experience, ideally in hospital or corporate healthcare

environments.

  • Certification or demonstrable experience in occupational health medicine is a strong

advantage.

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS / BLS) certification preferred.
  • Comfortable working within an international, multidisciplinary corporate setting.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong clinical diagnostic and treatment skills.
  • Sound knowledge of occupational health and workplace safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong administrative and reporting capabilities, with sound judgement and

discretion.

Package & Next Steps

This is a premium, fully supported expatriate appointment. The full remuneration package,

client details, rotation structure and living arrangements are shared in confidence with

shortlisted candidates. We work closely with each shortlisted doctor to walk through the

role, the environment and the lifestyle in detail before any commitment.

To express interest, please apply with your CV and current registration details. All

enquiries are handled confidentially.
