Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Dutch-English Gaming Support Agent to join our team remotely. This role involves providing exceptional support to gamers by addressing account, technical, and gameplay-related issues while staying up to date with the latest gaming projects and updates.

Duties

  • Communicate with gamers in Dutch and English via various channels.
  • Resolve account, purchase, and technical gameplay-related queries.
  • Stay informed about the client’s latest projects, past releases, and branding.
  • Work collaboratively with a team under the guidance of a Team Lead and Operations Manager.
  • Participate in training to enhance skills and grow professionally.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch at an advanced level (C1 minimum) and English at an intermediate level (B2 minimum).
  • In-depth gaming knowledge and passion for video games.
  • Ownership of a PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, or a modern gaming PC/laptop.
  • A fast learner with strong troubleshooting skills and initiative.
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
  • (Optional) Experience in customer service is a plus.

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload with latency <200ms (internationally).
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • 64-bit version of Windows 10 or newer, or macOS 10.11 or newer.
  • Intel Core i5-8260U or better/similar (8th Gen Intel or above; Ryzen 2nd Gen or above).
  • AMD 7870 GPU or better/similar.
  • Smartphone capable of two-factor authentication (Android 8.0 or newer or iOS 15.0 or newer).
