Full job description

As host of the restaurant you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. The customer's experience starts with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Seat guests in an efficient and timely manner
  • Manage the reservation book
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure a seamless service
  • Manage a waitlist effectively
  • Offering menus
  • Monitor seating availability
  • Support the team

We are looking for a friendly and energetic people loving person who is organised and pays attention to detail. This position is a permanent position on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays. Experience is essential. Please submit your cv with contactable references.
