We’re a U.S.-based marketing company helping med spas get more high-ticket patients. We’re growing fast and looking for a part-time appointment setter who can call our interested leads and book them into our calendar.
This is a long-term, stable role with opportunities to grow inside the company.
Responsibilities:
- Call our interested leads during U.S. hours (EST). Work shifts are 4 hours and fall between 8am - 8pm EDT.
- Use our phone script to talk to warm leads.
- Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
- Monitor Slack alerts and take action on them fast.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English.
- Reliable internet + consistent availability.
- Fast call times (within 5 minutes of receiving a notification).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with phone appointment setting or cold calling businesses.
