Full job description
Part-Time Personal Assistant to the founder of Agency Growth Partner, based in Cape Town. This is an in-person role, so you need to be local.
The role: about 8 to 20 hours a week, R9,000 to R13,000 per month, with room to grow.
What you would do:
- Manage the calendar, appointments and reminders
- Handle the inbox and personal communication
- Run errands, bookings and personal logistics end to end
- Keep the home organised, stocked and running (restocking, weekly meal prep, deep-clean oversight)
- Send a short daily update and a weekly summary
What success looks like: the calendar runs without being chased, nothing personal is ever late or missed, and at least 90 percent of this runs without the founder's input.
You might be a fit if you: are based in Cape Town and can do in-person tasks; spot what needs doing and just handle it; are organised, reliable and clear in writing; have some PA, VA or admin experience; and ideally have your own transport for errands.
