Requirements
- A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification preferably a B-Degree or
- 3-5 years relevant experience in performance management,
- Good analytical, reporting and communication skills
- Computer Literacy: MS Office
- A valid driver’s license
- Performance management, scorecards and monitoring
- Data analysis, performance dashboards and reporting.
- Individual Performance Management (IPM) support
- Compliance, governance, risk and audit monitoring
- Finance and budget monitoring support.
- HR support, including training, PDPs, incapacity and vacancy
- Stakeholder engagement and provision of performance-related
