About the Role

We are seeking exceptionally compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and discreet individuals to join our first cohort of Haven Professionals. This is not a traditional caregiving role; it is a professional service focused on meaningful conversation, active listening, and curated social experiences.

This is a strictly non-sexual, platonic service. We are looking for professionals who understand and respect the importance of clear boundaries and emotional safety.

What You Will Do:

• Provide professional, non-sexual companionship and emotional support to clients in various settings (e.g., high-end restaurants, galleries, private lounges).
• Engage in meaningful, uninterrupted conversation.
• Participate in curated social activities and shared experiences.
• Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to all professional boundaries and safety protocols.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Individuals with strong emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Professionals who are reliable, discreet, and committed to excellence.
• People who can maintain clear professional boundaries.
• Demonstrated professional and life experience, with a mature and grounded approach to interpersonal work.
• Prior experience in hospitality, coaching, customer service, counselling, or a similar people-focused field is advantageous.
• Applicants must be legally permitted to work in South Africa.
• All successful applicants will be required to complete a background verification check prior to onboarding.
