We Are Hiring: Procurement Officer

Landpak Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, managing purchase orders, negotiating pricing, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials required for production and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers and quotations
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supplier terms
• Create and manage purchase orders
• Follow up on deliveries and outstanding orders
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores and production
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company procedures
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Assist with cost-saving initiatives and procurement planning

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry advantageous
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good understanding of stock control and supply chain processes
• Computer literate (Excel, ERP systems, Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Advantageous

• Experience with procurement reporting and supplier management
• Knowledge of industrial, packaging, or raw material purchasing
• Valid driver’s license
