Are you someone who can:
  • Infrastructure & Operations Management:
    • Oversee computer operations infrastructure across servers, networks, desktops, and databases.
    • Monitor, alert, and escalate issues across diverse platforms (Mid-range, PCs, Networks, Helpdesk, Enterprise Management).
  • Cost Efficiency & Governance:
    • Drive profitability through cost-effective IT solutions.
    • Establish and manage budgets, ensuring compliance with governance, legislative, and audit requirements.
  • Service Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement:

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of IT operations and infrastructure management.
  • Experience in IT governance and compliance frameworks.
