APPOINTMENT SETTER (REMOTE) ​NextGen Dev Solutions is building a network of high-performing digital marketing and sales professionals for placement with UK and US-based businesses. ​We are currently seeking experienced, high-ticket Appointment Setters who are looking for remote opportunities with international clients. In this role, you will be the bridge between inbound/outbound marketing leads and closed revenue, ensuring our clients' sales pipelines remain consistently full. ​Responsibilities: ​Lead Outreach & Nurturing: Engage with inbound leads (via DM, email, or phone) and conduct targeted outbound prospecting to qualify potential clients. ​Pipeline Management: Manage, track, and follow up with leads within CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure no opportunity drops. ​Book Qualified Calls: Uncover prospect pain points, articulate value propositions, and seamlessly schedule qualified strategy sessions or sales calls for our clients' closing teams. ​Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly outreach KPIs, response rates, and booking ratios to optimize messaging. ​Collaborate Internationally: Work closely with clients' marketing and media buying teams to synchronize lead generation with sales outreach. ​Requirements: ​Proven Experience: Track record as an Appointment Setter, SDR (Sales Development Representative), or in cold outreach/telemarketing. ​Impeccable Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a natural ability to build rapport and handle objections smoothly. ​Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), CRM tracking, and scheduling tools (Calendly, Zoom). ​Remote Workspace: A reliable, high-speed internet connection, quality headset, and a distraction-free remote work setup. ​Global Readiness: Ability to align working hours with international client time zones (primarily UK and US business hours). ​Preferred Qualifications: ​Experience working within B2B, SaaS, or digital marketing agency spaces. ​High-ticket sales or appointment setting training/certification. ​Track record of booking 20+ qualified meetings per month. ​Portfolio, tracking sheets, or screenshots demonstrating past booking performance. ​What We Offer: ​Access to vetted, high-paying contract opportunities with UK and US companies. ​Flexible remote work structure. ​Competitive compensation structures (often a base pay + commission per booked/closed call). ​Long-term placement opportunities in a rapidly growing network. ​Application Requirements: ​Please submit: ​CV/Resume ​LinkedIn Profile ​Outreach Portfolio: (e.g., redacted tracking sheets, conversation screenshots, or script examples if available) ​Primary Channels Managed: (e.g., LinkedIn DM, IG/FB DM, Cold Email, Cold Calling) ​Average Number of Booked Calls/Month (Past Roles): ​Expected Monthly Compensation: (Base + Commission expectations) ​Important: This position is part of our international talent network.
