Reports to: Project Management Office Manager (PMO Manager)
Primary Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves effective communication with stakeholders, motivating and guiding project teams, and managing timelines, risks, and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients by actively listening, conveying information clearly, and resolving conflicts professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan projects in alignment with client requirements, ensuring risk, dependencies and milestones are proactively managed for successful completion.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire project teams to achieve goals by setting clear expectations, providing guidance, and recognising contributions.
- Plan, organise, and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, including creating and maintaining schedules, prioritising tasks, and delegating responsibilities.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and scope changes, ensuring the team is aware of allocated hours and proactively communicating potential impacts to clients.
- Identify potential risks and issues early, developing proactive solutions and contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Adapt to changing requirements, priorities, and circumstances by adjusting project plans and strategies when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of quality by paying close attention to detail in all project deliverables.
- Apply sound technical knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, software, and industry best practices, with an advantage for experience in EdTech or online learning.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project outcomes.
- Work effectively in both independent and collaborative environments, demonstrating commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
- Operate effectively in an agile setting, quickly grasping new concepts and responding to evolving situations.

Requirements
Experience
- Proven track record of managing projects (experience within the EdTech space would be advantageous)
- Ability to foster and maintain internal and client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and an ability to work to deadlines
- Sharp problem solving skills
- Commercial acumen
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- An ability to work in an agile environment, by adapting to situations and understanding new concepts quickly.
- Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
