Job Overview:
Luzuko is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to join our team in the events industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing events and related projects from concept to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute event-related projects from initial concept through to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for events.
  • Oversee logistics including venue coordination, suppliers, staffing, and equipment.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and implement solutions to ensure successful events.
  • Ensure all events meet quality standards and align with client and company expectations.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and event requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Event Manager in the events industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple events or projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing corporate, private, or large-scale events.
  • Budget management and cost control experience.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
