Overall Purpose of the Role

The Talent & Development (T&D) Specialist provides operational support for Talent Management & Development processes and programs within Medical Services. This role ensures delivery excellence, coordinates development programs, manages the Talent Review process, and supports global HR initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Talent Review Process: Drive and support the Medical Services talent review process, consolidate data, and analyze development needs.
  • Learning Initiatives: Plan and execute wellness and compliance learning programs; source experts and manage delivery.
  • Development Programs: Coordinate long-term programs from nomination to completion; support global HR projects.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Publish dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and create new reporting tools for talent and learning decisions.
  • Occupational Health & Safety: Comply with OH&S standards and contribute to a safe workplace.

Required Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in Learning, Talent Management, and Development.
  • Experience coordinating Talent Management initiatives and running talent reviews.
  • Proven track record in implementing and delivering L&D programs.
  • Strong analytical, project management, presentation skills, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with PowerBI (preferred).
