Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Lead test implementation in accordance with established QA standards

  • Manage product risks and dependencies throughout the product lifecycle

  • Coordinate efforts across business analysis, development, QA, and environment teams to ensure project alignment

  • Optimize testing processes to improve efficiency across the product delivery pipeline

  • Utilize automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Apache JMeter, and REST Assured for testing purposes

  • Design, develop, and maintain reusable automated test assets

  • Oversee overall quality of solutions and architecture to ensure standards are met

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automation testing and quality assurance practices

  • Strong knowledge of testing tools and frameworks including Selenium, JMeter, and REST Assured

  • Solid understanding of software development and testing methodologies

  • Experience in a banking or financial services environment is advantageous

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams

  • Technical proficiency in programming languages such as C and Data Science fundamentals is desirable

Familiarity with the following:

  • Automation frameworks and scripting

  • Product risk management

  • Agile and hybrid project delivery models
