Therefore RCL is looking for an energetic, out of the box thinking individual to join their Desptach team, The successful candiadte must be willing to work shifts and must be able to supervise a team of Despatch trucl loaders under them.

Duties & Responsibilities

Stock Management

• Verifiy stock from previous shift
• Ensure cages are loced
• Ensure proper procedure is followed when moving of stock from production to despatch
• Ensure loading is accurate
• Cycle count of stock os accurate and balanced

Crate Control

• Ensure crate movement accuracy within JDE
• Conduct crate daily on the premises
• Report any crate descrepencies

Trasactional Duty

• Print loading sheets
• Intruct loaders on the order of pulling stock
• Do cash up on cash sales and balance to invoices
• Transfer stock to relect accuratley on the drivers route loaction

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or NQF level 4
• Any other tertiary qualification in supply chain management welcomed

Skills

• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English
• Good Numeracy
• Good computer literacy esp Excel and e-mail

Experince

• Previous experince in dispatch department
• FMCG experince is advantageous
• Experince in dealing with customers is advantageous
• Experince in working with JDE advantageous
