Our Call Centre Department is looking for Customer Orientated and self-reliant individuals to join their Call Centre team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Receive and handle telephone policy enquiries in Call Centre department and action
  accordingly.
• Address all outstanding requirements on new applications in New Business.
• Providing enquiry numbers on claims to branches.
• Follow-up on outstanding requirements in terms of unpaid claims
• Refer leads to the Direct Marketing Department.
• Provide feedback on outstanding accounts and refunds in debtors.
• Follow-up on non-payments of premiums, defaults payments and incorrect deductions.
• Process policy servicing requests, including adding or removing insured lives and dependants, updating child benefits, reinstatements, inflation adjustments, paid-up policy amendments, cessions, stop payments, and payment method changes in line with company policies and authorised mandates.
• Provide policy information, policy values, and policy documentation to clients or authorised brokers, ensuring all security, consent, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Record and maintain accurate client consent and policy records on internal systems to support compliance, auditability, and effective customer service.
• Handle policy administration enquiries and transactions while adhering to FAIS requirements, operational procedures, and customer service standards.
• Ensure all legal and compliance documentation, including cession requirements and supporting records, are obtained, verified, and processed appropriately.
• Deliver professional client support by resolving policy-related enquiries and facilitating policy maintenance activities in a compliant and efficient manner.
