About the Role

This is a true sales role — not an administrative position.

You'll work directly with motivated U.S. homeowners who have contacted us about selling their properties.

Your job is to build rapport, understand the seller's situation, evaluate opportunities, present solutions, negotiate terms, and move deals toward contract.

We provide the leads, systems, training, scripts, and support. You bring the sales skill, work ethic, and ability to influence people.

What You'll Do

  • Speak with motivated U.S. homeowners who contact us directly.
  • Build trust and uncover motivation.
  • Analyze property details and seller situations.
  • Present offers and negotiate terms over the phone.
  • Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline management.
  • Work closely with management and support staff to help get deals across the finish line.
  • Take ownership of conversations, pipeline, and results.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience required.
  • Strong phone sales experience preferred.
  • Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in acquisitions, wholesaling, insurance, solar, high-ticket sales, appointment setting, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Fluent English with clear pronunciation and strong grammar.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Confident and persuasive on the phone.
