Full job description

Are you highly organised, proactive, and able to stay one step ahead? We are looking for a reliable and professional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and personal support to management.

This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the smooth day-to-day coordination of both business and occasional personal tasks. If you're a natural problem-solver who enjoys keeping things organised and running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the manager's diary, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting where appropriate.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all relevant documentation is available.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and provide day-to-day support to management.
  • Assist with purchase orders (POs) and other departmental administrative processes.
  • Support recruitment activities for the manager's department when required.
  • Run occasional business-related errands and assist with administrative or personal requests as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all confidential information is handled with discretion.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Valid Code 8 driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a busy manager.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 17:00

This is a full-time, office-based position.

Salary

R6,000 – R14,000 per month

Pay: R6 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month
