Safety and Compliance|Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards as per industry and company guidelines Ensure compliance with refrigeration regulations and environmental standards Promote safe work practices in all service environments .

||||Minimum 1–2 years of experience in servicing commercial refrigeration units, preferably branded coolers
Familiarity with refrigeration cycles, electrical diagnostics, and cooling system components.
Ability to work independently and handle a route of multiple service locations
Good communication skills and professional customer service approach
Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy equipment
Field-based role with frequent travel to customer sites
Exposure to cold environments and mechanical noise
On-call availability during peak seasons or for urgent service requests
