REQUIREMENTS

• Matric
• Customer service experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing basic food preparation tasks such as cutting slices, making hot and cold beverages as well as packaging it accordingly to the company standards.
• Taking orders accurately from customers and providing them with additional information about menu items if required.
• Preparing baked products and packaging it according to the company standards.
• Handling cash registers and processing payments from customers.
• Provide high level of Customer Service in Store ensuring customer retention.
• Maintaining a clean work environment by adopting clean as you go practices inside and surrounding areas of the Store.
• Participating in training activities to improve service skills and knowledge of products
• Conduct accurate daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes as required by the Store Management.
• Effective communication to customers about new & existing products, other stores, online services and the company Loyalty App.
