About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Email Marketing Specialist to manage email campaigns across multiple company brands. This person will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and improving email campaigns that help drive customer engagement, sales, and retention.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with writing emails that get opened, clicked, and converted.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule email campaigns for multiple brands
• Write subject lines, preview text, and email copy
• Build newsletters, promotional emails, product emails, and customer updates
• Manage email calendars and campaign deadlines
• Set up and improve email automations such as welcome emails, abandoned cart emails, post-purchase emails, and win-back campaigns
• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, interests, purchases, and engagement
• Review campaign performance including open rates, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes, and deliverability
• Suggest new email ideas to improve sales, engagement, and customer retention
• Maintain the correct tone, style, and messaging for each brand

Requirements

• Experience with email marketing campaigns
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Experience using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Omnisend, or similar tools
• Ability to manage email marketing for multiple brands
• Basic understanding of ecommerce, customer retention, and email automation
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Ecommerce email marketing experience
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Canva, or CRM tools
• Knowledge of SMS marketing is a plus
• Experience creating email flows and marketing calendars
• Ability to analyze campaign results and make improvements
