Key Responsibilities:
To facilitate efficient product mobilisation, conception, inception, and incubation phase enhancements to give the business a competitive edge and substantial differentiation for the organisation while ensuring the best possible customer service and experience in the industry.
Are you someone who can:
- Coordinate and monitor all Business Analyst related phases of the project or service life cycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress.
- Interact and communicate with relevant department within the organisation in respect of business requirements.
- Share expert knowledge with team to increase quality and impact of deliverables.
- Review existing processes and suggest innovative ideas to improve and streamline processes to drive efficiencies and minimise redundancy.
- Monitor customer feedback reports and align processes to maximise efficiencies.
- Manage relationships with service providers and ensure relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are implemented and adhered to.
- Brief suppliers of requirements and the organisation's required standards of service and products.
- Manage day to day vendor activities, delivery and management of agreed objectives.
- Support commercial negotiations and pricing or product enhancements with vendors.
- Act as point of escalation for issues related to performance management of vendors and associated campaign tools.
- Implement, monitor and control business processes according to quality standards; policy; and compliance and governance requirements in area of accountability.
- Ensure the development, alignment, mapping and implementation of end-to-end processes aligned to the customer journey map.
- Research, enable and consult on improvements and opportunities to harness technology and platform enablement.
- Oversee ongoing performance reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Coordinate and involve the relevant business in the process.
- Manage digital product delivery and key customers across channels and all stages of the customer journey.
- Facilitate integration and collaboration of expertise across relevant business areas to ensure effective digital value chain delivery.
- Ensures that all digital opportunities are addressed and tracks customer experience to ensure digital maturity.
- Ensure digital value add, mitigate risk, and reduce costs through effective processes.
- Facilitate communication within the BA team and negotiate timelines and considerations for own and others' analysis plan.
- Focus on product development in terms of current and future generation of profit for the business and consider the current organisational value proposition to define new markets.
- Use financial and business acumen to create logical and practical business plans to ensure that the strategy is executed and implemented successfully within the business and then Group.
- Ensure that research results and findings about emerging markets and customer requirements are taken into consideration when developing new products.
- Innovate and incubate new products, works within a fluid environment and is dependent on changes in process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and will include enabling of technologies.
You'll be an ideal candidate if you have:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Business Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems) or similar in a related technical or business field.
- Minimum Experience: 4 to 6 years solving business / technological problems through analysis, design and implementation of business solutions in a project environment.
Additional Requirements/ Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in the disciplines of business analysis, product analysis, and project management.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs.
- Experience in product management.
