Full job description

A Phoenix based company is looking for an Admin manager who will support the day-to-day financial operations of an organization by maintaining accurate records and assisting with basic accounting tasks.

Core Duties:

* Recording financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts)

* Posting entries to accounting systems or general ledgers

* Maintaining and organizing financial records and files

* Processing invoices, bills, and expense reports

* Processing wages

* Stock control

Accounts Payable & Receivable

* Preparing and issuing invoices to customers

* Recording customer payments and following up on outstanding balances

* Verifying, coding, and processing vendor invoices

* Preparing payments (checks, EFTs) and maintaining payment schedules

Reconciliation & Reporting

* Reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts

* Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities

* Preparing basic financial reports and summaries

* Identifying and reporting discrepancies or errors

* Must be affluent with Sage VIP, Pastel and weighbridge software

This position will suit a strong leader in a highly pressured environment.

Remuneration - Based on qualifications and experience.
