- Expertise in stock control, food cost, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment (MS Office savvy).
- Own reliable transport.

- Deliver world-class customer service and resolve feedback within 24 hours.
- Oversee daily operations, stock takes, and staff scheduling.
- Manage performance reviews and team development.
- Meet productivity, operational, and financial targets.
