Full job description

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Restaurant Management
  • Previous experience in managing a high-end Restaurant is essential
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
  • Proven Experience in managing FOH, BOH & Bar Teams
  • Excellent Leadership , communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong Staff Management and performance management abilities
  • Ability to manage stock, costs, and operations targets
  • Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work shifts, late evenings, weekends, and public holiday
