Full job description
What you'll do
- Greet customers and take orders in person and telephonically
- Process cash, card and voucher payments accurately
- Balance the till and complete cash-up procedures at shift end
- Upsell specials and promotions where appropriate
- Keep the front-of-house area clean and presentable
- Handle customer queries calmly and escalate complaints where needed
What we're looking for
- Matric or equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier or customer service experience an advantage
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Comfortable multitasking during busy, high-pressure periods
- Basic numeracy for handling cash and till reconciliation
- Available to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Pay: From R5 500,00 per month
